1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing our website and using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use our services.

2. Intellectual Property

Once full payment is received, 100% of the copyright and intellectual property rights for the work delivered are transferred to the client. Fortune Publishers retains no rights to the finished manuscript unless explicitly agreed upon in writing.

3. Confidentiality

We maintain strict confidentiality regarding all client projects. Our ghostwriters sign non-disclosure agreements to preserve your privacy and the anonymity of the writing process.

4. Refund Policy

Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. Generally, if no work has commenced, a full refund may be issued. Once the writing process has begun, partial refunds may be offered based on the stage of the project.
