Fortune Publishers provides author-focused services, including book publishing, book marketing, book illustration, audiobook narration, ghostwriting, editing, formatting, consulting, and related project support.

The exact scope, deliverables, timeline, pricing, and revision terms for a project may be described in a separate proposal, invoice, written agreement, or service confirmation. Those project-specific terms will apply alongside these general terms.

3. Intellectual Property

You remain the owner of your original manuscript, ideas, notes, source materials, and content that you provide to us. By sharing those materials, you grant Fortune Publishers the limited permission needed to review, edit, design, produce, market, publish, or otherwise perform the services you requested.

Website text, branding, graphics, service materials, templates, internal processes, and other materials created or owned by Fortune Publishers remain our property unless a written agreement states otherwise.

4. Payments and Cancellations

Payment amounts, due dates, installment schedules, cancellation rules, and refund eligibility are determined by the quote, invoice, agreement, or service package connected to your project.

We may pause, withhold, or terminate services if required payments are not received on time. If a project is cancelled after work has started, any refund or remaining balance will be reviewed based on the work completed, resources assigned, and the terms agreed for that project.

5. Client Responsibilities

You agree to provide accurate information, timely feedback, required materials, and any approvals needed for us to complete your project. You are responsible for confirming that the content you provide does not violate the rights of another person or organization.

Delays in feedback, approvals, files, or payments may affect project timelines and delivery dates.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, Fortune Publishers will not be responsible for indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential damages connected to your use of our website or services.

Our total liability for any claim related to a specific service will not exceed the amount you paid to Fortune Publishers for that service.

7. No Guaranteed Results

We work to provide professional services and strong project support, but we cannot guarantee specific publishing outcomes, sales numbers, bestseller status, platform approvals, media placements, reviews, rankings, or reader response.
